COMM:  DNP3 Testing Software

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a good DNP3 testing software. I would prefer for it to be capable of both operating as a master as well as a slave on both Serial and TCP. The easier to use the better. 

I would also like the software to be capable of communicating ModbusRTU and ModbusTCP as both a master and slave as well. It would need to be able to display the raw data being passed between the master and slave for both DNP3 and Modbus for diagnostic purposes. It would also need to be capable of displaying the Modbus data in at least the following formats; 16 & 32-bit Integers, 32-bit standard and reverse floating, hex, binary.

I have looked at the ASE2000 from ASE systems, based on recommendations from colleagues and it seems to fit into what I have listed above. But, I would still like to hear some feedback.
