COMM:  MODBUS Communications Tester

Using Horner RTU Master module in GE 9030 PLC.  Able to talk Modbus RTU protocol to GE PQM meters but can not establish communications to SATEC PM 130 Powermeters.  However, SATEC's test/configuration software works perfectly. Master will talk to power meters from another vendor without errors.

Looking for a software package that will monitor Modbus communications while the devices are active.
