Until we get some hard information about what this person is trying to
do, there's nothing to be done.

If he's not willing to share the details of what he's trying to
accomplish (signal names, etc.) then it's useless to respond.

He needs to tell us exactly what he's trying to do, what he's done,
and forget this *&@% about "B" in the flags column, because when it's
properly configured (and it's certainly not) the "B" ain't gonna get
set.

We can't read his mind.
