Subject: APPS: Alarming Scenario

Can anyone list a good, reliable, TESTED Alarming Scenario 
software-hardware that dials out alarms and annunciates the alarms 
over the phone, with Allen Bradley PLCs 
or VOIP? We use a Dialogic voice card right now, and it's not really 
working that well. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, it's not a
