A simple experiment to share tag values between FL7.5 SP2 servers was being setup. 

The first server was configured with a Client Object line of the form '= MyTag =', (without quotes). This should allow the value of MyTag to be changed in either server, with it's value being transferred to the other server.

The first server was started up, the second server was not running.

The value of MyTag was the default, in this case 39.

Any attempt to change the value of MyTag, usng DBT or Tag Input, caused the value to change, but then revert back to 39.

Has anybody any idea why this test, following the example in the manual, doesn't work ?.
